Latest Runtime

I was just looking at our Update Service pages and saw that The latest Runtime is Version 3.1 which was released June 19 2004. When I try to download it, I get a message:

The URL (www.installshield.com/downloads/isus/wsdk.asp) requested was not found

Head back to the start page after logging into the Update Service and use the link under Developer Resources. At first glance, it looks like the file location had changed from the main website.

I've reported the missing link yesterday using the Report Missing link and got an URL from InstallShield.
Now they have fixed the update page.
