Getting Error Code 13034

I hope I'm in the right forum.  I have been using a TruManager glucose meter for a long time.  Today I got error 13034.  I applied the fix and deleted the license file as directed, however, when I restarted  the meter software, the license was regenerated, and the error message is still there.

How do I fix this?
