DWUSVERSION question

Can the DWUSVERSION be set in the MSI property table. Article Q107641 (link below) mentions to update the Merge Module, I not sure how to do this. If I open the merge module in IS, I can only view the directory table, do I update the property table there?

The instructions from that KB apply to non-InstallShield tools for creating installers. You would not perform those steps if you're using IS.
