Automatically Uninstall the previous Application

Hi,

I have create Installer using Basic MSI Project. I want to avoid Maintenance Type dialog(Modify/Repair/Remove dialog) and also the Installer should uninstall the previous application automatically when they detect the existance of the current installed application.

Could anybody provide the solution of this problem ASAP
