New Revenera Community – Coming November 25th

The launch of the new Revenera Community has been rescheduled for November 25, 2024. To accommodate this change, the existing community will be in maintenance mode from November 22nd at 5:00 PM PST - until the launch is complete on November 25th.

Important: Community posts created after November 19th may not be migrated to the new community.

Stay tuned on the Community Notices board for further announcements and progress updates. We appreciate your patience and support as we prepare to bring you an enhanced community experience!

We’re thrilled to share that the new Revenera Community, previously announced here, is set to launch on November 18, 2024. This notice includes important information about the upcoming launch activities and what you can expect.

To prepare for the launch, the Revenera Community will enter maintenance mode starting at 5:00 PM PST on Friday, November 15, 2024 until the launch is complete on Monday, November 18th, 2024.

Important: Community posts created after November 13th will not be migrated to the new community.

During the maintenance period, access to the Revenera Community will be limited, and you will be unable to:

  • Register or log into the community
  • Downloads products from the Product and License Center (PLC)
  • Post to the community
  • Access training content on the Revenera Learning Center
  • Submit support cases or access the case portal

 

Revenera Technical Support team will be available for critical issues during this time. You can reach out by phone per your support contract details with Revenera.

 

Access to public articles such as knowledge articles, blogs, or forum posts and to the Revenera Documentation site will remain available. 

After the community launch, users may need to reset your password upon logging in. We will provide additional community related resources when they become available. Please continue to watch for updates on the Community Notices board for additional announcements and progress updates.
