Does anyone have any suggestions or hints for determining why a scan failed in FNCI v7. The Project Summary page indicates the scan failed, and the Scan History simply says "Message: Error running project scan". Are there logs that could be checked for indicators of the problems before contacting Technical Support ?
Hi Scott, The first thing you'll want to do is to check the following two logs: 1) <FNCI>/logs/scanEngineDetail.log 2) <FNCI>/tomcat/logs/catalina.out If you still need to contact Support, zip up the <FNCI>/logs directory and include it in your support ticket. This will ensure the fastest response.
