We are happy to announce the release of InstallShield 2023 R1 which is now available on the Product and License Center. The release includes the following new features:

  • App updates using InstallShield
  • Install Windows Package Manager apps from Suite installers
  • Support for InstallScript projects in Visual Studio 2022

You can now configure and deliver updates for your apps using InstallShield

Install Windows Package Manager apps from Suite Installers

You can now configure your suite installer to install apps from Windows Package Manager (WPM)

Support for InstallScript projects in Visual Studio 2022

You can now create, edit and build InstallScript projects from Visual Studio 2022
