The Software Manager has appeared stating that a newer version of my product is available to download, however, the 'Install' and 'Download Only' Buttons are grey'ed out:

What the Software Manager is showing is a message which states that a new version of the product is available, rather than an update which you can download.If you are entitled to this new version then you will be able to obtain the download for the new version via the Product and License Center.
