unable to activate installshield 2014 SP1 professional license due to hard disk crash


We are using InstallShield 2014 SP1 Professional Edition in our organisation. We have installed this software in one of our windows machine (OS was Windows 7), but due to some hard disk failure issue, we had to move on windows 8 on different hard disk and that’s why we were unable to perform “Return license” process. And then, we installed the InstallShield setup again on this machine and now we are unable to activate the license with serial key and activation code.

Also i follow the FAQs and found we need to connect with Installshield support team. i dropped the mail yesterday with serial key, but still no response received.

Hence requesting you to please do the needful and provide us quick solution.
