silent install installing default setuptype.

While doing the silent install, the setuptype is chosen as typical once for all. Typical is

the setuptype which is set as default.

In my response file i mentioned as "-W setupTypes.selectedSetupTypeId=custom", but typical

installation is taking place.

I invoked silent install in two ways
1. -options \responsefile -silent
2. -silent -options \responsefile

I tried the suggestion from posting "http://community.installshield.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=109820&highlight=silent" and able to install the features which are set active.
It seems my project is not taking the value in the setuptype (typical or custom).
Whether i need to do any setting change with my project.

Instead of using "-W setupTypes.selectedSetupTypeId=custom" i tried with "-V IS_SELECTED_INSTALLATION_TYPE=custom", but then it throwed error saying "v is not supported".

Then i modified my .UIP file with the workaround from http://support.installshield.com/kb/view.asp?articleid=Q111526. Then i repacked the product and i can able to do the silent installation properly.

Is "-W setupTypes.selectedSetupTypeId=" option is not supported in FLEXnet InstallShield MultiPlatform 11.5?
