setup.exe resource issue

Hi I have noticed since upgrading from InstallShield 12 to 2008 I notice there is missing data in the resource for setup.exe.

See the attached two pictures which illustrate that the name and version are incomplete.

I use InstallScript MSI to build my packages.

Would appreciate a patch asap for this, thanks.
