sdfinishex not on foreground ?

I am trying to add a custom action which points to a function to call the sdfinishex letting the user know the uninstall was successful. The dialog shows up but it's in the background.

Here is the code
SdFinishEx (szTitle,szMsg1,"","","",bvOpt1, bvOpt2);

Is there a way to bring that window in the front of the status/progress window ?
