"Minor Upgrades at Run Time" documentation

Hi there,

I would just like to confirm that the documentation describing "Minor Upgrades at Run Time" is incorrect:
"This prompt is followed by a Welcome dialog..."

It seems that the Resume dialog is displayed - not the Welcome dialog. Is the documentation wrong here?

Actually, I see it is the welcome dialog that is used - but resume text is displayed by default, instead of the normal welcome text. Maybe it should be noted in the documentation to prevent confusion...
