problem with instalshield 2019 express office add in set up

we have purchased license for InstallShield 2019 Express Perpetual License plus Silver Maintenance.

then i gone through the below link it was for Installshield LE to create the setup for office solution. 

Because i could not find any link for InstallShield 2019 Express version to create the setup.

I added document level customization for my setup. setup has been created successfully and put the file in the  location "C:\Program Files (x86)\Fujitsu\FIE2015 Standalone ".

But when i copy and paste the excel template in other location from above location.

and try to open the file it shows the following error first time. second time its works fine. Please help me.

also please provide me any link where how to use install shield express 2019 for creating office add in setup.

I FIGURED OUT ONE THING IT GIVES ERROR ONLY WHEN I OPEN THE EXCEL FROM THE DESKTOP. IF I LAUNCH THE EXCEL TEMPLATE FROM ANY OTHER LOCATION IT WORKS FINE.

 

PLEASE GIVE ANY SOLUTION. ITS VERY URGENT .
