overwrite dynamic link installscript

I have some problem with updating product..
I have this situation: installscript MSI project and a component with dynamic file linking.
After I have built the setup second time it shows me if I want to update an older version. I press yes but the files in the dynamic file linking are not updated...Can I force an overwrite of the files?
