am working in Basic MSI project and using background image(bitmap control) and placing my controls over that. labels got disappear behind the image.. if I open some other window (browser or explorer) and then minimize them then the label will be shown again
the controls get created in the same order as the tab order. make your background images draw before the radio buttons and you should be all set. just set tab stop to false on the images...since it doesn't make sense for the tab to control their focus.
