is it possible to convert a installscript MSI project to Basic MSI?

Hi,
Is it possible to convert a Installscript MSI project to Basic MSI project with IS 2009(not with admin studio or anything else)
If yes? how?
Similary is it possible to do vice versa (Installscript to Basic MSI)
