InstallShield 2009 Express is the newest version. For release notes and other information, see the Read Me first post in this community forum:

Note that after InstallShield 12 Express, InstallShield 2008 Express was released. Next, InstallShield 2009 Express was released. So, InstallShield 2009 Express has all of the features and improvements that were added in InstallShield 2008 Express. To see InstallShield 2008 Express features, see the following KB article:
