how to get installshield 2010 standalone builder

We recently uninstalled and reinstalled Installshield 2010 premeire from our build pc onto a pc for IDE installshield only. We are trying to install the standalone builder onto our nightly buildpc. We have 10 standalone licenses. We do not have a support contract and have not received any useful information fromn support other than we have a valid serial number and 10 licenses for standalone builder. I cannot download the standalone builder from the website as only 2011 appears. Does anyonw know how to get the 2010 standalone builder?

You can obtain the link for the Standalone Build download by checking for updates from within InstallShield:

  • On the Tools menu, click Check for Updates. InstallShield launches FLEXnet Connect, which checks for updates.
  • Find the message called InstallShield Premier Edition Files and Utilities, and click the Learn More link in that message. That link that points to a page that has the Premier-only downloads (including the Standalone Build).
    If you do not see that message, it is possible that you have it hidden. To unhide the message, click the Restore Hidden Messages link (which is near the top-right corner of the Software Manager).
  • Download the updated installation.
