from where i can get new skins?

Hi,
Can anybody send me a link to get new 'Skins' other than what IS is having by default.....

And also can u tell me how to apply a skin for a user designed dialogs?
I designed a dialog box, but im unable to apply the selected skin to that dialog.... and also to the welcome screen...
