fail to upgrade in basic msi

When I changed version number from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2, the support information in
Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel has been changed successfully while
the number in Registry table didn't change using regedit.

the REINSTALLMODE is set to "vomus".
