error in installing install shield setup.exe file..
hi all, I have developed an application using C#. After that i have created a set up.exe file using install shield 11 software. When i tried to install this setup.exe file in other pc having only windows xp installed, it gave error. i.e it asked for .net framework 2.0. After installing .netframework 2.0, again tried to install setup.exe file.Now the setup.exe file is installing, but when i click on the launched .exe file it is showing error. The error is : "The application has encountered a problem and need to be close. We are sorry for inconvenience." What might be the problem? Should i install any other software to run this install shield setup.exe file? Can anybody help me regarding this..
