error -7141:
I have an InstallShield MSI Project ,when building the release Im getting following error.
error -7141: An unexpected error occurred embedding file C:\Program Files\Macrovision\IS2008\Support\SetupExe.Admin.manifest into C:\DOCUME~1\xww49td\LOCALS~1\Temp\1B6F.tmp

I was having this intermittent issue with both the setup.admin.manifest file as well as setup.gif being embedded.
This would occur both in the IDE as well as on my command line builds.
I turned off my AV software and the problem is gone.
I'm not sure why it was intermittent, but with AV off during build, it is non-existent.
I'm running IS 2010 on Win7 64.
