error -6003 when

We are getting an error message -6003 using iscmdbld.exe. When it is processing a Prerequisite which is wrapping a Microsoft distributable .exe we are getting the following error:

ISDEV : error -6003: An error occurred streaming 'C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\2011 SAB\SetupPrerequisites\VSTO 2010 Runtime\x64\vstor40_x64.exe' into setup.exe

The Prerequisite and the .exe were copied into the build server's local folder noted above. It works when built manually from a machine which has the assets locally.

We figured it out. The issue was that the prerequisite was not referencing the .exe in the correct location.
