error 2705 invalid table:feature; could not be linked as tree
I have made a four patches on top of a base package (Quickpatch projects). I have just built a fifth patch. On applying it on top of the previous patches except the very first patch it works but on applying it on top of the last patch I get the following error:
Error 2705 invalid table:feature; could not be linked as tree. When I open the .msp file in installshield I can see matching entries for column 'feature_parent' in column 'feature'. If anybody has any ideas as how to debug the issue will be greatly appreciated.

To complete the description for invalid table problem, I was building the patch on Windows 10 32bit. When I build it on Windows 7 64bit it is working on Windows 7 but not Windows 10. The Installshield version I am using is Installshield 12 (2006)
