error 1925 on installation of single msi

I am getting an error 1925 when the .msi is run. I am logged in as standard user. I have to get this .msi to work as a standard user (Vista). Is there a way to temporarily raise the users privilege so that when the .msi is run they have admin rights?

Please ignore this post. I have learned that the installation WILL be run as administrator so this error does NOT occur.
