error 1201: Setup needs 0 KB free disk space in C:

Hello,

I have used InstallShield 2008 to create a basic MSI project with a release configuration WebType=Downloader.
Right after the setup.exe is launched I get an error that says "1201: Setup needs 0 KB free disk space in C:. Please free up some space and try again".
I get this error ONLY if the C partition has under 4 GB empty space.

Anyone has any idea why this is happening?

This issue was previously submitted under worder order IOC-000063828. I have attached a zip file containing hotfixed versions of setup.exe that should resolve this issue. Extract the contents of the zip file to C:\Program Files\Macrovision\IS2008\Redist\Language Independent\i386 (please make a backup copy of setup.exe and setupPrereq.exe) and then rebuild your project.

The issue occurs due to a miscalculation of required size for web downloader type releases when the target disk has ~3GB of free space.
