compress output after building it un-compressed

I create a un-compressed msi with IS LE because I need to edit the .msi file after building it. Is it possible to compress all the setup files into one exe file after editing the .msi file?

Hi,

Any changes done to a MSI file will be undone if the same project is built again.If you wish to include all the files in an MSI then you may choose to use the Compressed MSI option.
