case sensitivity of filenames in the MSI database
May be someone had this case and can shed some light into the darkness.
I have a windows installer package from another vendor and on some pc's when we try to install (via SCCM and also interactive) we get the error:
System error 110. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
But the file does exist.
What I noticed is, that the file on the file system is named "acsceneoe.dbx" and in the file table of the msi package "AcSceneOE.dbx".
The pc with the error is a standard windows pc with windows 10 1809 Hungarian language package.
There are no special settings for the ntfs file system (checked with fsutil fsinfo volumeinfo)
Had someone here this problem in the past ?
regards
Markus
