basic MSI: How do I create Custom Installation Requirements

Can anyone tell me how to create a custom installation requirement in a basic MSI project?

If you're talking about detecting existing software on a target system and exiting if it's not there, you might set up a system search using the System Search Wizard in the Behavior and Logic > System Search view.
