Yellow progress bar in Install Suite?

I'm sometimes seeing the progress bar in an install suite installation turn from green to yellow part way through install.
The install completes without error.

Anyone know the reason for this? What are the conditions in InstallShiled to trigger this change?
My best guess is that perhaps one of the packages exited with an unexpected (but non-fatal) exit code?

Hi,

I had asked tech support the same question for IS 2014. I assume it applies to 2012 Spring as well. This was their answer:

The progress turns yellow ('paused') if a package installation yields one of the following error codes...

•ERROR_INSTALL_USEREXIT
•ERROR_SUCCESS_REBOOT_INITIATED
•ERROR_SUCCESS_REBOOT_REQUIRED
