Windows folder on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise
Hi,
Using Installshield Express 2019.
A customer has run our install but is experiencing a problem because the Windows folder is being identified by the product as C:\Users\<username>\Windows. However, the install placed some files into C:\Windows, and consequently these are not being found and the program doesn't run.
The program was installed as administrator and "for all users" (at least that is what they told us) and works fine under the admin login. I thought that this would not happen if installed for all users. Can anyone offer some insight. Note that we do not actually support the product on Server OS but we are being helpful in this case.
Thanks
Jonathan
