Windows Installer Prerequisite

Hey,
I want to add Windows Installer 3.1 as a prerequisite to my installer,
But I don't see it in the prerequisites window.
How can I add it?

And another question, after the Windows Installer - do I have to reboot the computer? if so, will my setup automatically continue afterwards?

You may try Release wizard, there is setp for you to configurate MSI engine.
