(Win 7 )An Error occurred while trying to uninstall
Hi,
OS :Win 7
Project Type: Installscript
During uninstallation after users click ok to reboot where 'Program and Features' windows is displayed, I receive:
"an error occurred while trying to uninstall it may have already been uninstalled would you like to remove from the program and features".
Basically I tried to uninstall the program from 'Program and Features'.
This issue is happened during the uninstallation finish and system restart.
The error message will be displayed several minutes when finishing installation, then system auto restart.
BTW, after system restart, there is no any problem with platform.
Many of them posted the same issue, but there is no hint for resolve this issue.
Please confirm that, this is the Win 7 refreshing issue or issue with Installlshield.
Thanks
