Why is QuickPatch changing path

log says:

More info:
The patch is only trying to replace/update 3 files. One in the GAC, one in the versioned folder and one in the versionedadmin folder.
I noticed that the new msi file created by the patch list the 2 folders this way in the Directory table:
VERSIONEDADMIN APPLICATIONSERVER versio~1|VERSIONEDADMIN
VERSIONEDFOLDER1 APPLICATONSERVER Versio~1|VERSIONEDFOLDER

This looks to me like InstallShield is using the short name and confusing the 2.

Also the patch is adding Features that were not installed, is anyone else having these problems?
