Why can not see ReadyToInstall dialog in Dialog view

I ALL,

I can not see ReadyToInstall dialog in dialog view of Install Script MSI project.
Anybody help me How to see it

Try the SdStartCopy dialog or the SdStartCopy2 dialog.
