What do the ISAttributes values mean?
I can not find anything that defines the values in ISAttributes in the Componants table.
I have a project that was converted from IS 12 to 2008. Almost every componant I have has an ISAttributes of 17. I have a few components that are new (created in IS 2008) that have an ISAttributes of 1, and one new componant with an ISAttributes of 4.
What do these values mean?

The values are a sum of bit flags indicating the component's COM Extract at Build and various .NET settings.
