Website configuration in IIS

I have searched on this topic and have not found an answer at this time.

Is there a way to change the port number of an already installed website at time of install?

For example I need to change to port number for the default website to use a port other than port 80. Is it possible to change this without removing the currently installed website and recreating it? Currently we have the user make this change manually after the installation is complete.

Not sure if this will apply to IS 2008:

I am using a basic MSI project to create the installer. And, unless that behavior is completely different from what is documented in the help files, specifying a port number at time of install will not change the number if the site already exists.

I am looking for a way to change the port number of a website that exists on the machine prior to my installer being used.
