Warning 1946 on Windows 7

I am using the same installer built with IS2013 for Windows 7 and Windows 8, but on Windows 7 I some times get Warning 1946 when setting the NoPin property for a shortcut like:
Warning 1946.Property ' {9F4C2855-9F79-4B39-A8D0-E1D42DE1D5F3}, 12' for shortcut 'OMA Operational Modal Analysis Post-processing.lnk' could not be set.

Any idea how to solve this, except than removing the property?
Can the warning be silenced?
