Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable

Hi,
the Visual C++ 2005 Sp1 redistributable is necessary in order t install Crystal Report for Visual Studio 2012.
Does exist a prq file for it ?
I tried googling it but can't find anything.
Any suggestion is appreciated.

The "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package" prerequisite is included in InstallShield 2012 Spring Express.
