Vista (Upgraded from XP) seen as XP in uninstall but not install
I have a machine that was upgraded from XP SP2 to Windows Vista Enterprise.
When our product installs it detects it as Windows Vista using both of the following:
SYSINFO.nISOSL == ISOSL_WINVISTA
or SYSINFO.nWinMajor >= 6
However when the product is uninstalled both of these are set to represent Windows XP SP2.
The uninstall uses the same methods to determine the OS version as the install.
Is this a known problem? or am I missing something?

My user had selected the uninstall to be run in XP compatibility mode.
It was set under all users settings.
