Vista: Setup doesn't start in front (focus)

The Setup Dialog (IS 2008 Express Project) doesn't start in front on Vista. It's always behind all other open windows. This behavior is only under Vista. On XP or win2k it's ok. I searched the forum but can't find a solution for this.

Is there a way to set the focus on Vista? Or is this a general Bug / Vista behavior?

It looks like your installation is using billboards, and it's the billboard image that's displayed in the background. Is upgrading to InstallShield 2009 Express an option for you? This version has a lot of billboard enhancements. I'm not sure, but the issue you described might be resolved by this version. If upgrading is an option for you, you might want to download the evaluation version and see how your installation looks on Windows Vista.
