Version History and Editions

Sorry for placering this in 2012, but there is no general InstallShield Forum.
I have been searching the internet for information regarding the version/edition history of InstallShield. For many application Wikipedia has the whole history/structure, but this is not the case with InstallShield.
I have found that 2012 has Premium, Prof and Express. But what about earlier on? was it also these three?
Does anybody have some info that I can place together and get a picture?
