Users\Public folder on Vista

I am trying to build a BasicMSI project that will put some files into the C:\Users\Public\ folder under Vista OS.

But there doesn't seem to be any Pre-defined folder for that in the InstallShield 2009 list of pre-defined folders....so how do I get my files to go to that location without resorting to language specfic hardcoded folder names?
