I am upgrading from installshield x professional. I am interested in purchasing Installshield 11.5 multiplatform professional. I just wanted to make sure that this is the most similar current product to installshield x. Could someone also confirm that multiplatform(Installshield 11.5) and Universal Installer(installshield x) are precisely the same.
Correct: InstallShield MultiPlatform 11.5 is the most recent version, and it's the upgrade to earlier InstallShield Universal and InstallShield MultiPlatform versions. (InstallShield Universal X and InstallShield MultiPlatform 11.5 are the same project type, but there are some differences, of course, as described in the release notes.)
