Updating text

Is it possible to update text in SetupProgress dialog?

I was thinking in this directon:
1.) Text Area - Text = blabla [property]
2.) Change property value with MsiSetProperty in custom action
3.) update Text area

The only problem is step 3.
I am gueessing the answer is in the subscription of text area, bud i dont know how to set Event and Attribute fields.

I am already showing ActionData and ActionText messages.

I would like to show another text, indepndet of action text and action data.
