Updating File Table

I started to use Installshield in this newer version so Im totally newbie.
I had to update a file inside the a cab file and have reinserted it in the cabinet.
So in the File Table Sequence his position had change from 7 to 274 but I don't know how to update my file table in the .msi file.
I trying to find a way besides changing one by one using orca or recreating the entire installation.

Is it an option to convert the existing MSI file into an InstallShield project and then rebuild it? It's easier than re-creating the whole project, and ensures the changes will be consistent...

(Depending on how the original MSI was created, it might be better to create a transform or something, for that matter.)
