Uninstall is triggering installation

Hi All,

we are upgrading our module form IS6.1 to IS2011, to certify in windows 2008.

After installation, While trying to uninstall the installation steps are coming instead of Uninstall prompt.

Can someone help me how do I can solve the problem ?
