Uninstall Help. . .Please

I have a basic install that I have upgraded from InstallShield12 to 2011.
My problem is that when I go to Add Remove Programs and Uninstall nothing happens. The entry is removed from AR Programs but none of the files are affected. I have also uninstalled using the uninstall string from the registry with the same results. I have checked everything I can think of and all looks correct.

Anyone have any ideas?

what does the log say?? did you try logging ?
