Could you post more details? Is the FilesInUse dialog box or reboot prompt displayed during uninstallation? Are the files marked as shared, and perhaps left on the system for that reason?

There is a program called movefile, with it you can schedule delete operation for files which are locked. Of course this is not an ideal way to resolve this kind of problem, but its one way.

thank you both for the answer !
the .dll was marked as shared, after set it to not shared it goes now.
The issue now is: my setup must delete the registry entry (in SharedDll) if it found it on the system, is there a way to do this ?
Thank you very much !
